Jerry Chun-Wei Lin received his Ph.D. from the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan in 2010. He is currently a full Professor with the Department of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering and Mathematical Sciences, Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, Bergen, Norway. He has published 500+ research articles in refereed journals and international conferences, 16 edited books, as well as 33 patents. His research interests include data mining, soft computing, optimization, artificial intelligence/machine learning, and privacy preserving and security technologies. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Data Science and Pattern Recognition, the Associate Editor of 11 SCI journals including IEEE TNNLS, IEEE TCYB, Information Sciences, etc, and Guest Editor for several IEEE/ACM journals such as IEEE TFS, IEEE TITS, IEEE TII, IEEE SysJ, ACM TMIS, ACM TALLIP, ACM TOIT and ACM JDIQ. He has recognized as the most cited Chinese Researcher respectively in 2018, 2019, and 2020 by Scopus/Elsevier. He is the Fellow of IET (FIET), ACM Distinguished Member and IEEE Senior Member.

Dr. CAI Yan-Ling (Jeffrey), is currently working with the School of Management Engineering, Zhengzhou University, PR China, as an associate professor. He received his PhD degree in 2008 in the domain of Manufacturing System and Technology Innovation, conferred by National University of Singapore (NUS), with joint collaboration of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) under the Singapore-MIT Alliance (SMA) program. His research interest covers Product Planning, Healthcare Management and Telemedicine System, and E-commerce Platform Enterprise Strategy, as well as Manufacturing System etc. He has published 40+ journal papers and conference papers within his research interest, and among these journals are included CIRP Annuals - Manufacturing Technology, Computers in Industry, Concurrent Engineering: Research and Applications, etc. Meanwhile, he serves as editor or reviewer of a couple of international academic journals, like International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology (IJAMT), Journal of Engineering Design (JED), Advances in Industrial Engineering and Management (AIEM), etc. He also works as principal research scientist with Henan Telemedicine Center of China (HTCC), and as deputy director with Henan Digital Healthcare Research Center

Professor Chen received his Ph.D. degree in Power and Control, from University of Durham, England, he has been a full Professor with the Department of Energy Technology, Aalborg University, Denmark since 2002. He is the leader of Wind Power System Research program at the Department of Energy Technology, Aalborg University. His main current research interests are wind energy, power electronics, power system and modern energy systems. He has led many international and national research projects and has more than 800 technical publications. He is a panel member and a review expert for many international funding organizations. Professor Chen is a member of editor boards of many international journals, including Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics, Subject Editor (wind turbine control) of IET Renewable Power Generation, etc. He is a Fellow of IET, a Chartered Engineer in the U.K., a Fellow of IEEE, a Member of Danish Academy of Technical Sciences.
