The Delta Pilots Charitable Fund (DPCF) was founded in 1999 by Delta pilots who wanted to give back to their communities. The fund has granted over $2 million dollars to over 200 charities. The DPCF is supported by individual contributions from Delta pilots. It is the first charitable fund, managed and funded entirely by the pilots of a major U.S. airline.
