PUBLIC SCHOOLS TRUST

Established in 1992, the Public Schools Trust was created exclusively for the benefit of Public Schools in New York. The founding and ongoing mission is to reduce workers' compensation costs for members through vigorous claims management, risk control and managed care services. The Public Schools Trust is governed by a Board of Trustees comprised of school business officials from member schools. The Trust is a not for profit, tax exempt organization and welcomes the involvement of local insurance agents. Schools from thirteen different counties currently participate in the program.
