Mr. Mukesh Jain is a Chartered Accountant, having professional experience of 26 years with organizations of high repute.
Prior to joining APL, as President - Commercial, he was employed as Head - Finance, Accounts and Commercial, with Indo Phil Textile Mills (Aditya Birla Group). He has been associated with Aditya Birla Group for the last seven years.
His previous stints were with major Corporates viz., PT Elegant Textile Industries (Aditya Birla Group), Bajaj Corp Limited, Jaypee Infratech Limited, Secure Meters Limited, Liberty Phosphate Limited, etc.,
He has expertise in the functions of Global Strategic & Financial Planning, Budgeting and Costing Analysis, Accounts & Finance, Auditing, Taxation, Global Commercial Operations/ MIS, Fund Management / System Development, IPO and Preferential Placement of Securities, Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management etc.,

Mr. Saurabh Bangur, is the scion of prominent Bangur Family and is the son of Mr. S K Bangur. He was appointed as the CEO of the Company in October 30, 2019 and subsequently as the Joint Managing Director in June 1, 2020.
During his tenure, he played a key role in transforming the company, leading a successful turnaround and fostering a positive work culture that led to profitability. His strategic insights and dynamic leadership have positioned the Company for sustained growth and success. He was appointed as the Managing Director of the Company on November 4, 2024.
Mr. Saurabh Bangur, is also the Vice Chairman of West Coast Paper Mills Limited (WCPM) and served as its Director since 2004. He is also a Director of Shree Satyanarayan Investments Company Limited, Shree Satyanarayan Properties Private Limited, The Bengal Rowing Club.
He was the President of the Indian Paper Manufacturers' Association in 2017. He is a member of Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), Calcutta Chapter.

A visionary and an industrialist of great repute, Mr. S.K.Bangur belongs to the prominent Bangur family that is well known for its philanthropic activities.
Mr. S.K.Bangur is also the Chairman of The Diamond Company Limited, Kilkotagiri and Thirumbadi Plantations Limited, Shree Satyanarayan Investments Company Limited and Union Company Limited. He is also the Director of The Marwar Textiles (Agency) Private Limited, Shree Satyanarayan Properties Private Limited and he is a Committee Member of the Indian Chamber of Commerce, the Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FICCI), and Bharat Chamber of Commerce.
He is currently associated with a number of philanthropic and charitable organizations. He has previously served as the President of the Indian Chamber of Commerce and the Indian Paper Manufacturers Association.
Mr. Sitaram Sharma is an entrepreneur with proven business acumen. He has rich experience in Government Relations, General Management, Corporate Strategy, Operations and Commercial functions.
He is currently serving as Chairman of Mironda Group which is into Metals Trading, Financing, Exports businesses etc., He is a Director on the Boards of Mironda Minmetals Private Limited (a Start Export House), RS Finance Private Limited, Malvika Commercial
Mr. Sudarshan Somani has been involved with international commodity trading since the past 30 odd years. During this period, he has worked out of London & Dubai actively trading both in India as well as other countries. He has dealt in both soft & hard commodities specializing in non-ferrous metals & ores, agricultural products and waste papers. He has a good domain knowledge of dealing in International Terminal markets such as the London Metal Exchange.
He holds directorship in Sudershan Investments and Exports Co. Private Limited, Satyanarayan Traders & Investors Private Limited, and Amigo Mercantile Private Limited.
He has been appointed as an Independent Director of the Company effective October 30, 2019.
Mr. Virendra Sinha has over 45 years of professional experience, with over 25 years of rich experience in leadership roles in Logistics Infrastructure & Services, Business Restructuring, Finance, Corporate Strategy & Business Operations etc.,
He served as former Chairman & Managing Director of Balmer Lawrie & Co. Limited and also as Joint Managing Director of eTrans Solutions Private Limited.
He is currently serving as Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of TM International Logistics Limited (a JV of Tata Steel, Martrade & NYK Shipping), Texmaco Rail & Engineering, eTrans Solutions Limited and Electrosteel Castings Limited.
He also serves as Chairman of Audit, Nomination & Remuneration and Corporate Social Responsibility Committees of TM International Logistics Limited.

He holds various positions in group companies- serving as the Joint Managing Director in West Coast paper Mills Limited, Vice-Chairman in Andhra Paper Limited, Director in Gloster Cables Limited, Jayshree Chemicals Limited and Kilkotagiri and Thirumbadi Plantations Limited.
Born in the year 1975, he belongs to the new breed of modern tech-savvy entrepreneurs.As with most other scions of the Industrial Empire, Virendraa Bangur plunged into the world of business at a very young age. He graduated in Commerce with Honours. He has had varied experience in the industrial and corporate world, with areas special interest including paper, newsprint, chemicals, IT, electronics, optic fibre, telephone and power cables and plantations.
He was a Committee Member of Indian Chamber of Commerce and is currently serving as a Committee Member of the Bharat Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, he is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) and the Entrepreneur Organization (EO).
Besides his corporate endeavour, Virendraa Bangur actively contributes to sports, community development, rural upliftment, environment protection and support for education and health services. He generously donates to religious and philanthropic causes, maintains Charitable Trusts and is associated with various social service organizations.

Mrs. Papia Sengupta is a seasoned banker with more than three decades of experience in all facets of banking which culminated in holding the position of Executive Director in Bank of Baroda after a stint as Chief General Manager in State Bank Group.
A science graduate, she has completed Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program from ICFAI in 2001 and CAIIB from Indian Institute of Banking and Finance in 2008.
