Derik began landscaping in 2000 after graduating from Commercial Horticulture at Salina Area Technical College. This led to a deeper interest in landscape design and became his new career path. Derik has 23 years experience in many aspects of the industry. He has worked at landscape design companies, retail garden centers, and wholesale nursery growers.
