Pankaj started his career with ING Vysya Bank as Senior Management Trainee in 2001 and worked extensively on Credit assessment of large local corporates.
He then joined Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) in 2005 as Relationship Manager in Global Subsidiaries segment. In 2008, he was posted in SCB Tokyo, Japan to spearhead India Desk in Japan. During his tenure in Tokyo from 2008 to 2012, he helped Japanese companies set up their shop in India and got several business mandates for the bank. In 2012, Pankaj returned to India to manage Global Subsidiaries business for Southern India based out of Bangalore. He has advised lot of MNCs on fund raising, capital structuring, cash management, foreign exchange risk as well as regulatory aspects of doing business in India. He worked in SCB till April 2019 and now freelancer in the space of Fintech / NBFC start up ecosystem. He brings vast experience of dealing with corporate connects at top level, understanding of various industries and deep knowledge of Financial institutions.
Pankaj is Textile Engineer with MBA (Finance) from Tolani Institute of Management Studies, Gujarat. He is married with two kids (son and daughter). In free time, he loves to spend time with his family and friends. He is passionate about Reading, Yoga, Poker, Badminton and Social welfare!
Rohit is 20 years experienced top-level Business Finance, Growth Strategist & Transformation Leader with proven expertise in championing divisions worth $50B+ & executing multi-million-dollar sales and cost control. He primarily worked in the USA with HSBC, Walmart and Schneider Electric managing Finance, Operations, Strategy and Procurement functions.
Rohit is heavily drawn toward roles that require tying ideas together, strategic design, cross functional partnerships, business transformation and scaling to growth.
Rohit is an avid marathon runner, with 15 marathons under the belt till date, including the prestigious Chicago, New York, Little Rock, Paris and Mumbai Marathons. He always carries his running shoes and has explored many international cities by running through the streets at late night or early morning hours. Many friends would call him a sports buff who loves to play Badminton, Squash and Tennis. During weekends, you can find him training his kids' badminton.
Rohit strongly believes in child education and empowerment, and served as a non-profit leader for the Chicago chapter of Asha for Education ('08 - '13) to positively impact lives of thousands of unprivileged kids.
Rohit holds Master of Business Administration degree from University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign and completed his Bachelors in Engineering. He also passed Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level II.
