KIDA Self-Defense' main self-defense system is Krav Maga because it is one of the most effective and efficient self-defense systems in the world. Krav Maga is a hybrid system of Wing Chun, Muay Thai, American Boxing, Wrestling, Aikido, Jiu Jitsu, and Judo. Limited elements of Jeet Kune Do, Japanese Goju Ryu, and Mastro Defense System are incorporated in the KIDA Self-Defense curriculum to complement overall self-defense classes... KIDA Self-Defense prides itself on teaching realistic and effective self-defense techniques that anyone can perform. Our system is based on proven teaching methodologies for children and adults.
