Mario and Eric both retain expertise in fine wines and alcoholic beverages from around the world. Mario is a Certified Sommelier accredited by the Court of Master Sommeliers (CMS) while Eric holds an Advanced Sommelier Diploma through the Court of Master Sommeliers. Mario also holds the Level 3 Advanced in Wine Certification from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET).
