Working out at home can be a challenge but CFX-Morris has provided us with personal coaching via certified CrossFit coaches, specialized daily programming, equipment, and range of motion training (ROMWOD). Even though we aren't physically working out with other athletes at our gym, we are still engaging with them and supporting each other every single day.
