Cortney L. Smith graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Cortney worked full time as a law enforcement officer in Florida before making the decision to attend law school. Cortney then attended Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida. During her law school career, Ms. Smith was a member of Stetson Law Review and served as a legal intern for the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.

Elizabeth Castro graduated from Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida. During her law school career, Ms. Castro served as a legal intern where she researched and composed memorandums of law on a variety of issues expanding from corporate law to dependency law for Children's Home Society (Orlando, FL). She also served as a summer intern researching various family law and criminal law issues for Longwell & Gentle (Orlando, FL). Ms. Castro also served as a law clerk in the areas of family law and complex business litigation with Diaz Law (Orlando, FL). She later joined Sanchez Law Group (Orlando, FL) as a law clerk to the foreclosure defense and bankruptcy departments. Upon graduating law school and passing the bar, Ms. Castro began working as an associate attorney with Sanchez Law Group with a primary focus on family law while also handling foreclosure defense and bankruptcy cases. In 2013, Ms. Castro began working for a well-known insurance company as in house counsel in the area of insurance defense handling first party personal injury protection cases and continued to serve as in house defense counsel for three other insurance companies, including having earned the title of supervising attorney for one of the biggest insurance carriers in the country. Ms. Castro joined Reynolds Parrino Shadwick P.A. in 2021, where she continues to work in the area of PIP litigation defense.

Wes Reynolds graduated from Davidson College in 2013 where he ran Division I cross country and track & field. Afterwards he attended Stetson College of Law on a full scholarship. During his time at Stetson, Wes served as a torts and trial advocacy teaching assistant and competed on Stetson's nationally ranked trial team. After graduating and being admitted to the Florida Bar, Wes began working as an Assistant State Attorney, representing the people of the Sixth Judicial Circuit. As a prosecutor, Wes handled a wide variety of cases, from misdemeanor traffic offenses to economic crimes and violent felonies. He gained invaluable courtroom experience at the State Attorney's Office, advocating in over 25 jury trials and over 50 motions. After three years of criminal prosecution, Wes transitioned into civil litigation and began working with his father at Reynolds Parrino Shadwick, P.A.
