The museum was founded in 1955 by two entrepreneurs from Ulm- Willy Eiselen (1896-1981) and his son Dr. Hermann Eiselen (1926-2009) as the world's first bread museum... The museum offers regular guided tours of both the permanent exhibition as well as current special exhibits... The museum offers its visitors a complementary mediaguide, which will accompany you through the museum in German or English.
