Christina Larsen

Christina is part of the administrative support team at LaSalle St. Securities. She works closely with the representatives in the office to facilitate client services and requests. If you need any administrative assistance, please feel free to reach out to Christina and she will assist you. Christina has over 20 years of working with the public and is happy to help! Christina is a Hodag alumnus and now resides in Rhinelander full-time with her own family of four kids, Ellie, Beckett, Emma, and Elsie, and her husband, Ryan, on their little farm. When she is not in the office, she is spending time with her friends and family, supporting her children's many sports, coaching basketball, and playing volleyball.

Kasha Herrmann Flanders

Kasha was born and raised in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. After graduating from the University of Iowa with a degree in political science and economics, Kasha entered the securities business in Scottsdale, Arizona. In 2009, Kasha decided to return to her hometown to join LaSalle St. Securities and live in the beautiful Northwoods. Kasha's goal is to help her clients invest for their needs at every stage of life. Whether it is sending a child to college, planning for healthcare costs in retirement, or leaving a legacy for loved ones, she is here to assist her clients every step of the way. Kasha enjoys making connections with clients and helping them construct their financial futures. In 2012, Kasha married her husband, Joe, who is also a Rhinelander native. In March of 2015, they welcomed their first child into the world. With the addition of their children, Kasha is excited to become even more involved in the Northwoods community. Kasha enjoys playing golf as well as boating with family and friends in the summer.

Ryan C. Hetland

Ryan has been helping clients build their portfolios and stay true to their investment goals for over 20 years. Ryan began his career as a Financial Advisor with Baird in Milwaukee in 1999, providing comprehensive portfolio planning and investment management services. In 2001, Ryan and his wife, Kimberly, moved back to Ryan's hometown of Rhinelander where he joined LaSalle St. Securities and has worked to build a thriving practice. He has been branch manager of the Rhinelander office since 2009. Education is a key component of Ryan's client service approach. Ryan works one-on-one with clients to truly understand what they are trying to achieve with their investments. He guides accordingly while helping clients to understand their investments and discussing what they can expect. Ryan believes in building diversified portfolios and encourages young people to start investing as early as possible. For those nearing retirement, he believes it is of great importance to adjust their investment portfolios to provide more stability and income. Ryan is actively involved in the community as a member of Kiwanis and past president of the club. Kiwanis is a club of good people doing good things for Rhinelander. Please give Ryan a call if you'd like to learn more about what the club does. He served for nine years as a member of the Saint Mary's Hospital Foundation Board of Directors, and is past-chair of the board. Ryan and Kimberly keep busy with their two daughters and enjoy outdoor adventures in our great Northwoods. When he is not in the office, Ryan enjoys being in the woods or on the water with family, friends, and clients.

Stephanie Alexa

Stephanie provides administrative support to the LaSalle St. Securities team. Her primary responsibilities include working closely with the financial representatives to facilitate client service requests. She has over 20 years in customer service experience. Stephanie grew up in beautiful Marquette, Michigan. After graduating from Northern Michigan University in 2010, she and her husband had the opportunity to live in Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota before making Rhinelander their new home.
