Our main focus when developing a new resource is the learner's journey. Each new project starts with a brainstorming session in which we try to model the learner's approach, motivation and intent to the course/lesson, whilst deconstructing complex information into interactive, highly engaging and easily absorbed elements. Technology and our learning design approach allows us to develop branching scenarios, infographics, animations, videos, challenges and other elements that fulfil their purpose of relaying and inspiring knowledge with the learners. We also pride ourselves on consistent feel and look across the products, which in turn creates familiarity and ease of interaction with our resources...
