Hextar Global Berhad is a trading company specialising in the import and distribution of Agrochemical and Fertiliser products... Halex Holdings Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia on 13th October 1990 as a Private Limited Company. It was subsequently converted to a Public Limited Company on 11th January 2007, facilitating our listing on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd on 16th September 2009. With effect from 29th May 2019, the company changed its name to Hextar Global Berhad. We are principally an investment holding company.
