Since 1949, Gracepoint has worked hard to become one of the leading providers of behavioral health solutions in the State of Florida. Gracepoint is a full-continuum behavioral health provider of mental health and substance abuse services... We received our FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) designation last year, we now offer primary medical services on our campus to support our patients. These efforts are growing and we will be expanding our health care options over the next two years... The Gracepoint Foundation supports unfunded and underfunded programs within Gracepoint where funding does not otherwise exist; as well as capital expenses related to improving patient care and program outcomes. We seek to partner with individuals and businesses in an effort to increase mental health awareness and provide quality behavioral health services to our community.
