First Flight was founded by craftsman, Abe White. He has enjoyed working with wood from a very early age. Abe has deep roots in the building business, with both his mother and father being builders. From the time Abe could walk and talk, he wanted his parents to take him to the job site so he could watch and help all of the craftsmen... At First Flight Stairs and Specialty Millwork, we make cabinetry, staircases, millwork, custom furniture, and architectural woodwork for homes and commercial spaces all over the East Coast, since 1997... We're a manufacturer and collaborative partner specializing in helping our clients design and choose the right materials to bring their ideas to life.
