​Elrei Handcrafted Soaps is a home-based, small business LLC specializing in artisan soap making. Located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, its humble beginning started as a necessity to provide a better soap product for our family. Soap that will not dry out our skin or clog up pores. This soon turned into a hobby where improvements in production were done in order to create more batches at home. Seeing how well our soaps were doing to our skin, we decided to give a number of them as gifts to family and friends. Word of mouth eventually spread locally about our soaps and more requests trickled in, that is when we decided to create Elrei Soaps LLC... We prioritize the use of natural ingredients in our soaps to ensure that they are safe for even the most sensitive skin. Each bar is composed only of basic oils and natural colorants (herbs and clays) which are mostly organic, and essential oils for scent... *Although lye (sodium hyrdoxide) is used in every soap making process,..
