Dr. Harris is originally from New Jersey where she grew up riding horses competitively. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2008, she completed a large animal internship at Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine/Massachusetts Equine Clinic, then she returned to Penn for a residency in Large Animal Internal Medicine. After her board certification in 2012, she stayed at Penn Vet's New Bolton Center working in the Department of Emergency and Critical Care. During that time, she completed a course in acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine. For the past 6 years, Dr. Harris has taken a deep dive into the world of small animal general practice, integrating both a Western and Eastern approach to caring for her patients. She currently lives in Bala Cynwyd with her young son, supportive husband, 2 cats, and gorgeous pit mix, Ella.

Dr. Jones is originally from a small town in central Pennsylvania. In 1994, her passion for Veterinary Medicine took her to Philadelphia, and to the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated in 1999 with a B.A. in Biology, and minors in Chemistry and Psychology. She loved the University of Pennsylvania so much she stayed another 4 years, and graduated with her V.M.D. in 2003. She practiced in both the Mt. Airy and Andorra neighborhoods for 8 years before pursuing her life-long dream to open her own Veterinary clinic, with emphasis on compassionate, courteous, and high quality medical care to pets and the people who love them. She is a member of the AVMA, PVMA, and licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey to practice Veterinary Medicine. She has performed volunteer veterinary services with the Humane society on Native American reservations, and in remote parts of the Peten region of Guatemala.
Dr. Jones is proud to call Philadelphia her hometown, and lives in the Roxborough neighborhood. She shares a farm home with her four aristocratic cats - Kitty Marie, Sunshine, Honeybee, and Tom O'Malley, a feisty Chihuahua named Peachy, and a lovable rescued pitbull named Rubble. She is mom to four adorable, aspiring veterinarians, and has one very patient, loving husband.
Dr. Laura Jones grew up in New Jersey. She pursued her B.S. in Biology at James Madison University, followed by her degree in Veterinary Medicine at the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. After initially working in Virginia, Laura moved to Pennsylvania where she now resides with her rescued companions and one husband. Laura thoroughly enjoys being a veterinarian because it allows her to combine her interests in science and medicine with her love of animals and those who care for them. Laura's favorite aspects of veterinary medicine are the complexities of internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, preventative medicine, and the human-animal bond. She is also very passionate about promoting adoption and rescue to help those who are in need of the most basic necessity, a loving home.
