Northwest IMPACT is a regional member of the Iron Worker Management Progressive Action Cooperative Trust (IMPACT) of North America. IMPACT is funded in equal parts by the contributions of its Iron Worker labor and management members who have elected to include IMPACT in their collective bargaining agreements... Northwest IMPACT's primary mission is to expand job opportunities for ironworkers and their employers through innovative and progressive labor management cooperative programs.
