BURLROCK - Key Persons
Originally from Montreal, Jim started his packaging career in 1976 with the metal drum division of Plant National Industries in Point Claire, Quebec. In 1978 Jim jumped at an opportunity to move to Toronto in sales for the same company. This change added metal/plastic pails and flexible packaging to his existing metal drum portfolio. In 1981 Jim was hired by Reliance Products based in Milton, Ontario to be their senior account salesman. This allowed him to broaden his packaging horizon once again as Reliance sold both industrial and consumer retail injection and blow moulded HDPE/PP products.
Martin's career has covered a spectrum of wide-ranging packaging experiences and knowledge of various materials ranging from glass to plastic to metal cans and many more items in between. He started his packaging career while working at Ampak in 1977 in Toronto where he spent 10 years in a sales support and field sales role. Following that came a sales stint for a vacuum forming packaging company in Montreal known as M&R Plastics. From there it was on to a 25-year role in sales for an injection moulding company, Pano Cap Canada, selling plastic closures throughout Canada and the U.S.
Scott's background includes an academic education in business but also a real-world experience learning about packaging from his father's involvement in the industry. In 2017 he started with Roscrea Inc. in a direct role engaged in the marketing of containers specific to the cannabis market.
Scott brings a fresh new energy and enthusiasm for seeking out sustainable solutions to a clients' needs by providing the proper resources needed to satisfy their requirements.
