Blue Collar Talent Scouts (BCTS) was the product of Dan's and Wood's recognition that all too often the skilled trades benefit either the contractor or the technician at the expense of the other. They set out to help change that dynamic and make it mutually beneficial for both. The contractor and the technician each love the trades but face challenges in recruiting and job placement. We focus on helping both meet to develop mutually beneficial relations and partnerships... With over 40 years of experience, we have developed effective strategies for finding jobs for skilled workers.
