Resale Buildout Specialists was founded by long time friends, Jody Moss, Ben Owens and Jake Warnock. RBS was established in 2015 but that's not the extent of their experience. All partners have construction backgrounds with years of residential and commercial contracting history. In 2011, after the housing crash, all partners each opened their first Plato's Closet franchise and have since opened additional stores, including Once Upon A Child. With their expertise in all aspects of construction, they did their own store build outs. Word soon spread throughout the franchisee network and they began traveling and assisting other franchisees through the challenges of their buildout and refresh projects. Soon it became apparent that there was a need for an easy, affordable and trustworthy construction company that could service the Winmark brands, and so RBS was formed.
