Brad Wilkinson

Dr. Wilkinson received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee Knoxville. In 1989 he completed his D.D.S. degree from the University of Tennessee Memphis. From 1989-1991 he completed his Masters of Science in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Tennessee. Dr. Wilkinson has been in practice for over 20 years. He is a media spokesperson for the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. He also is a presenter for the Pediatric Dental Specialty Night for the Memphis Dental Society. Dr. Wilkinson is a member of The Memphis Dental Society, Tennessee Dental Association, ADA, Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry (Board of Directors), American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (Committee for Continuing Education & Media Spokesperson for Memphis Area), Secretary of treasury for The University of Tennessee Pediatric Dental Alumni Association. Dr. Wilkinson is happily married to J.B. and the father of four children: Lauren, Alex, Molly, and Crews. In his spare time Dr. Wilkinson enjoys fishing, snow skiing, concerts and resting. He is an avid fan of the Grizzlies, Music, and Bar-b-que

Dr. Corey Acosta

Dr. Corey Acosta, like his father (Dr. John Acosta), is also a lifetime Memphian. He grew up going to school at St. Louis School and attended high school at Christian Brothers High School. Dr. Acosta enjoyed playing football, basketball, and soccer during his time at CBHS, and continued his football career as a kicker at the college level. While playing football, he completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Southern Mississippi in Biological Sciences. During his senior season, he was recognized as a 2nd Team Academic All-American and Lou Groza Award semi-finalist. After college, Dr. Acosta was fortunate enough to kick at the professional level in the NFL for the San Francisco 49ers before eventually returning to Memphis. Dr. Acosta is proud to serve the Memphis community and takes pride in taking care of the kids in his hometown by giving them smiles for life. Dr. Corey Acosta: Dr. Corey Acosta is passionate about preventive dentistry and making visits enjoyable for all children. His expertise in pediatric care ensures every child receives tailored treatment. Dr. Jacob Stegeman

Dr. Jacob Stegeman was raised in West Tennessee in the small town of Dyersburg. He and his fiancé, Emily, are settling into life in the Memphis community, and he his excited to have the opportunity practice his passion at Pediatric Dental Care. He decided from a young age that he wanted to help people live a healthier life and began pursuing a career in the health care field. After shadowing a dentist and Dyersburg and witnessing the joy brought to patients by a new smile, he chose to start on the path of becoming a dentist. He wishes the best for every patient who walks through the door and will do his best to address your needs and wishes for excellent results and the beautiful smile your children deserve. Education Dr. Stegeman attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville for undergraduate education where he received a bachelor's degree in biochemistry and graduated with honors. He was a Member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity and worked in many leadership roles in the organization. He assisted all four years with their philanthropy event benefitting the Fisher House for military families. From there, he moved back to Memphis for dental school at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery. While in dental school, he was a member of the ADA and Xi Psi Phi fraternity. He is an expert in restorative work and has a passion for working with children. Certifications Dr. Stegeman is licensed to practice general dentistry in the state of Tennessee by the Tennessee Board of Dentistry. Dr. Jacob Stegeman: Known for his skill in restorative dentistry, Dr. Jacob Stegeman brings a wealth of experience in caring for complex dental needs.

Dr. John Acosta

Dr. John Acosta (Dr. J) is a lifetime Memphian. He, and his wife Terry, of 35+ years chose to start his pediatric dental practice here and raise their 2 boys in Memphis so that they could be close to family. Family is one of the most important things in Dr. Acosta's life and because of this, it is one of the primary reasons that he felt the calling to become a pediatric dentist. Dr. Acosta's uncle, who was a huge influence in his life, was one of the first pediatric dentists in Memphis. Dr. Acosta did not start on that path. Dr. Acosta has always been an artist and graduated from college with a degree in biomedical illustration. At that same time, Dr. Acosta worked as a ramp agent at FedEx and soon became a manager in the hub. It was at this time he realized that he would like to follow the same path as his uncle and pursue becoming a pediatric dentist. Board certified and specialty trained in the full spectrum of pediatric dentistry Dr. Acosta has extensive experience in the treatment of children. For the last 25+ years he has served the children of Memphis and the surrounding communities. Dr. Acosta would like you to know that he understands that you are entrusting him with your most precious thing in life, your child, and he looks forward to partnering with you in their care for many years.

Dr. Robin Hobbs

Dr. Robin Hobbs was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Even as a teenager, Dr. Hobbs knew she wanted to work in the healthcare field. While attending Michael E. DeBakey High School for Health Professions, she had the opportunity to take courses in various healthcare fields and the dental courses particularly sparked her interest. At this time, Dr. Hobbs was going through her own orthodontic treatment and found herself fascinated with the industry. From there, Dr. Hobbs went on to attend Prairie View A&M University in Prairie View, Texas for her undergrad, majoring in biology with a minor in chemistry. Then, Dr. Hobbs completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee before completing her residency in pediatric dentistry at The University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Dr. Hobbs is also board-certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and is an active member of the Tennessee Dental Association, Tennessee Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry. What Dr. Hobbs loves most about being a pediatric dentist is getting to turn children's days around. Even if a kid comes in feeling nervous, Dr. Hobbs helps them leave excited to come back. She is grateful to be able to foster a warm, community feel at her practice and hopes that you will feel at home in her care. When she's not tending to little smiles, she can be found traveling, painting, attending sports games, and spending quality time with family and friends.
