Mr. Jacob is also the conflict public defender for Fayette County, Illinois, where he handles criminal matters from misdemeanors to felonies. Mr. Jacob also handles juvenile matters based on his conflict public defender status ranging from juvenile abuse cases to juvenile delinquent matters.
Mr. Jacob resides with his Wife, Julianne, and three daughters in Clinton County, Illinois.

Nikki has worked at Lawinger DeLong and Jacob since 2016 and is Keith Jacob's secretary.
Tracy Laue has worked with Jane M. Lawinger since August of 1993. Tracy is responsible for preparing documents relating to litigation, including pleadings, motions, and notices. She is also responsible for the preparation of various domestic relations documents. Tracy graduated from St. Elmo High School in 1990 and holds an Associates Degree in Legal Secretarial Science from Lake Land College in Mattoon, Illinois.
