KRYSTLE PHIRANGEE

Krystle Phirangee is an Educational Developer, Assessment and Online Learning for the Centre for Teaching and Learning at the University of Toronto Scarborough Campus (UTSC). She has a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Sociology, a Bachelor of Education, and a Master of Education in Educational Technology from York University. Krystle also has a Ph.D. in Educational Technology from the Department of Curriculum, Teaching and Learning at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto, which focused on the role of community in online learning. She has successfully published her dissertation data for special issues of the Online Learning Journal. Krystle is also a reviewer for several scholarly journals, which include: the Online Learning Journal, the Journal of Computer Assisted Learning, the Journal of Research on Technology in Education, and the British Journal of Educational Technology.
