Our philosophy is simple: grow and produce the finest coffee in the world in a sustainable and environmentally sensitive way. We will honor the earth and the many people who help us make our mission come true--the farmers, pickers, roasters, and many others who lovingly help us produce our coffee. Mahalo... Our eight-acre farm is located in Kailua-Kona, on the Big Island of Hawai'i. The farm sits on the side of Hualalai Mountain, which is an ideal location for growing coffee--some of the best in the world. Sunny mornings warm the coffee "cherrys" and provide the ideal climate for growth. Afternoons often bring clouds a
