While a traditional ultrasound creates a two-dimensional image, 3D ultrasounds show significantly more detail, including facial features. A 4D ultrasound provides video footage of your baby... Ask our office for a request form to obtain a copy of your medical records. We typically provide records from the past five years within five to seven business days. The turnaround time for records older than five years is approximately 14 business days.
