We want to craft the best organisations we can which means understanding the traditions and lessons of the past so that we can use the successes and failures to design the next experiments and improvements in Organisational systems. At the organisational engineers we want to gather case studies and sift through to discover the combination of leadership, culture, or process/practice that created the results we saw... We also create innovative ideas, models and new practices to test and see if they improve our organisations... We aim to bring together multi-disciplinary groups to discuss, mould, and share knowledge on creating the best organisations we can.
