DECOLONIZING ALLIANCE

The Decolonizing Alliance is an activist group including scholars from diverse regions of the globe. It formed at the 2017 Critical Management Studies Conference in response to the overwhelming whiteness, maleness, and Anglo/Eurocentricity of the management and organization studies discipline, including the critical management studies subset of the field... We are actively engaged in the development of interventions at international conferences, writing collaboratively, curating webinars and workshops, and a Palestinian Solidarity Working Group formed in 2021.
