A Berkshire County native, Erin has been a Clarksburg resident for over thirty years. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, studying psychology, social work and early childhood education. Since completing her undergraduate degree, Erin has worked in early childcare settings, mental health services and provided private child care
Erin's enthusiasm for design, architecture and overall vision lends well to her career in real estate. She is eager to share her enthusiasm and out-of-box thinking with buyers and sellers alike.
Erin's eagerness to assist buyers and sellers is obvious upon meeting her. She's happy to impart her vision and keenness with you as she assists you with all of your real estate needs.
When Erin isn't working on expanding her real estate knowledge, Erin uses her creative energy to enhance her expertise in the study of herbs, plant medicine and holistic health. She enjoys hiking and spending time on the beaches of Cape Cod's National Seashore.
Jane has a life-long passion for the northern Berkshire region. Her family settled here in the late 1800's, making her a fourth generation resident.
Her years as a florist in her own shop in Williamstown helped her develop expertise in sales, and her 30 year career managing her husband's dental practice gave her extensive experience in client service. Her patience and understanding come from raising their two daughters while juggling her career. She will work tirelessly to help both buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. Working with Jane, you'll benefit from her passion and enthusiasm as well as her knowledge and strong roots in the community.
When the opportunity arose to work in real estate in the area she loves, she jumped at the chance!
Jane sits on the board of the Williamstown Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of Congregation Beth Israel in North Adams and a past board member of the Jewish Federation of the Berkshires. She and her husband are members of The Clark Art Institute and are members and avid golfers at Waubeeka Golf Links.
A lifelong Northern Berkshire resident, the past forty-four of those years in Williamstown, Kim is excited to merge her long standing real estate career with a group of such current and innovative realtors. Kim graduated from Mount Greylock Regional High School in 1975, traveled and attended Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. Kim has been pairing buyers and sellers together since the 1980's when she first began her real estate sales career with Patten Corporation, a local land sales company.
Her roots are deeply embedded in Northern Berkshire County. Kim's family includes her husband, Stephen, a local contractor, son Brandon, who is learning his father's trade, and daughter, Mackenzie who resides in Chicago. Kim enjoys spending time traveling the world with her family.
Kim has had experience with other real estate companies in Williamstown and has built a great foundation of knowledge and resources. Kim's accomplishments and resources cover a wide spectrum of services….as the agent for the largest sale in Northern Berkshire County of the Waubeeka Golf Links to James Goff for 4.5 million dollars to matching clientele with academic and weekly summer rental properties…her knowledge is varied and constantly expanding!

Kramer is excited to call the Berkshires his home. He had been visiting the Berkshires for 11 years before making the move to Williamstown in May of 2021 with his wife and son.
He joins Burnham Gold Real Estate after a decade in Chicago where he worked primarily in the logistics and commercial facility management industries. The ability to understand complex issues and find a clear path to resolution has been instrumental to his career. His effective communication, passion for people, and diligent coordination will benefit both buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.
Kramer is an active member of St. John's Episcopal Church in Williamstown and serves on the board of the North Adams SteepleCats.
His free time is spent exploring the area for great restaurants, golfing, and enjoying time at home with his family.
Lisa is a Berkshire County native and has been an Adams resident for over forty years. She earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. Lisa has worked at Mt. Greylock High School for many years.
Recently, Lisa has been purchasing homes and restoring them to rent. This has become a passion of hers and she can see the potential in houses. Purchasing over ten properties of different styles and types gives Lisa a unique perspective when helping both buyers and sellers with their purchases and sales. She is looking forward to this new chapter in her life where she can help clients see the different features that homes offer.

In her spare time Lisa enjoys creating and teaching stained glass. She often takes classes to learn different art techniques and mediums. She also enjoys spending time in Maine during the summer.
Mackenzie is proud to call the Berkshires her home, as have many generations of her family.
After graduating from Mt Greylock Regional High School, Mackenzie's eye for design and style brought her to the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles. Her studies included a semester in Barcelona, Spain where she studied art and architecture. She graduated from Framingham State with a BA in Design and Merchandising. Mackenzie has over twenty years of customer service and management experience in the retail, restaurant, and fashion industries. As the co-owner of a restaurant she oversaw interior design and managed a team of employees. Most recently she brought her entrepreneurial spirit and design skills to creating a line of jewelry for sale in local retailers.
For Mackenzie, a lifetime of local friendships and a loving extended family are at the heart of of what make the Berkshires home. She is the proud mom to three active boys and 2 step children. Through her professional and volunteer experience, Mackenzie has established strong ties to Williams College, local schools, restaurants, and retailers. As a life-long athlete and long distance runner she has close contacts within the health and fitness community.
Mackenzie is dedicated to sharing the beauty and bounty of life in the Berkshires with her clients. A Williamstown native, Rebecca is thrilled to offer prime Berkshire living to her clients. After graduating from Mount Greylock Regional High School, Rebecca went onto complete her undergraduate degree at Ithaca College, earning a bachelor of arts. Returning to her home in Williamstown upon graduation, she worked within the public education field and completed her master of education degree from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts shortly after.
Rebecca began her career in real estate in 2004 and has been busy ever since. While Rebecca has had experience with other local real estate firms, she earned her broker's license in 2011 and has embarked upon a joint venture to create Burnham Gold Real Estate with fellow agent/owner Kim Burnham…a venture that has held endless possibilities!
When Rebecca isn't busy at the office or on showings, she is very involved in local business and leisure. Invested in her community, Rebecca serves on the Boards of Trustees of both the Williamstown Theatre Festival and Pine Cobble School, is a Director on the Berkshire County Board of Realtors, and is a corporator at Adams Community Bank and Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. She enjoys local still and performing arts and is a supporter of the Mass MoCA, The Clark Art Institute, Images Cinema and various other cultural destinations.
Rebecca thrives in merging her love of the Northern Berkshires, and all the natural physical and artist beauty that it has to offer, with keen market sense to best assist clients in an ever changing market. She lives in Williamstown with her husband Dan, their two children and two dogs.
Suzette has worked in Berkshire County in the financial services industry for over 17 years. As a Bennington County native, the Berkshires have always felt like home to her since her family grew up in Williamstown. She received her Master in Business Administration from Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, and her BS degree from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. Her experience working for a land finance company has given her a diverse background in specialty finance and real estate.

Suzette enjoys spending her free time with her German Shepherd (Sarge) and taking long rides in the 66' Nova with her husband, Scott. Family and friends are a huge part of her life and tries to enjoy time with them whenever possible.
