The South Western Road Club was formed in 1930 as a cycle racing club for the South West London area. The heart of the club today is the Saturday club rides which cover the quieter roads of Surrey, Sussex, Kent and Hampshire. These rides give our members a basic fitness so they can carry on to bigger cycling challenges. We are also involved in the local cycle racing scene and many members also ride cycle sportives, mountain bikes and audax, both in the UK and abroad....
The SWRC are a friendly Cycling club based around South West London and Surrey with a membership of over 200 cyclists...
Our club membership is open to all and we hope whatever your level of cycling ability, we can offer something for you. We have over 200 members at present. If you are considering joining a local club then come along and join one of these rides.
