We are Di and Michael Spencer and we have been involved in the rental business for many years. In the past, we have provided good quality and practical accommodation for Marine Engineers and Officers returning to study at the Marine College in South Shields. We have always held an excellent reputation with the shipping companies but, we are now able to offer a little more luxury and homely accommodation for those seeking a relaxing holiday in the North East of England... Although we no longer live in South Shields, we visit regularly to see family and friends and we actually stay in our own properties whenever we can which ensures they are kept to a very high standard. We want all of our guests to sit back and enjoy their surroundings after an exciting day out visiting everything that this beautiful area has to offer. We have a very well organised team of friendly and efficient staff to help if you need them and we can arrange for a cleaning and laundry service if you require it.
