PIRIMID STRATEGIES

At Pirimid Strategies, we look at institutions wholistically. We focus on institutional mission and how that mission is implemented throughout the organization. We assist educational and non-profit organizations in developing strategies for successful implementation of mission. Our team, led by Dr. Phil Conroy, has assisted in the development, implementation, and assessment of strategic plans designed to achieve institutional mission. We have served non- profit organizations, colleges and universities in both North America and Europe... Pirimid is the Irish Language spelling of pyramid and reflects Dr. Conroy's admiration of his Irish heritage. Dr. Conroy's paternal grandparents were from Galway and his maternal great grandparents (nee. Strong) were from Belfast. Both families migrated from Ireland and settled in Boston. For many Americans, ancestry is an important part of personal identity and contributes to a very vibrant and unique American culture.
