Dave began working with Kelson Group in 2011 as a Building Manager in Kamloops and joined the head office team four years later. He has worked on various initiatives and projects, most notably the Certified Rental Building™ program, a program which provides quality assurances on property rentals to consumers. In 2017, he was promoted to Property Manager and is currently responsible for the company's Prince George and the North Kamloops portfolio. He works with Building Managers and the Renovation & Maintenance teams to ensure Kelson Group residents live better in clean and safe buildings. Dave enjoys having a positive influence on the staff team through encouragement of teamwork and accountability, and he actively works to develop and train staff to reach their full potential. In a volunteer capacity, he appreciates the opportunity to work closely with the United Way of Northern BC for their annual Day of Caring event. Outside of work, Dave enjoys time with his family and is a keen supporter of the Vancouver Canucks, Vancouver Whitecaps, and the BC Lions.

Originally from the east coast of Canada, Denise joined Kelson Group in 2020 as the Property Manager for Alberta. After working within the property management industry in a variety of roles for two decades, she was excited to join the Kelson Group team. Denise has always looked at property management as an important responsibility because she and her team work with people to help them find their right home, one that helps them live better. When it comes to residents, and especially those who are longer term residents, she believes they make up the fabric of an apartment community, making an apartment building a true neighbourhood. As a Mom of two amazing kids, she knows how vitally important great neighbours are. When she is not working, Denise can be found listening to music, reading an inspiring book, or out in the great outdoors where she loves to be camping or anywhere near a body of water. She has a special place in her heart for youth, seniors, and homeless people and has enjoyed volunteering for non-profit agencies who help vulnerable people.

Jason oversees all operations within Kelson Group, a successful, family-owned property management business, including corporate and individual building operations in communities throughout B.C. and Alberta. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia and worked in the commercial real estate industry in the Lower Mainland for several years prior to joining the family business. He became President of Kelson Group in 2020 after being Vice President of Operations for over 20 years and his solid management style, team approach, and strong understanding of the industry has helped guide and grow Kelson Group to one that owns and manages more than 70 residential and commercial properties in Western Canada. Jason has been a long-time member of LandlordBC and currently serves as a Board Director for this provincial rental owner's association. When he is not working, Jason spends time with family, skiing at Sun Peaks, and hiking in the hills with his dog. He is committed to community and serves on the Campaign Cabinet for the Royal Inland Hospital Foundation's new tower campaign.

As the Controller for Kelson Group, Jill manages and oversees the company's accounting department and is responsible for aiding in the achievement of the company's strategic plan by managing and directing the finance and accounting operations. While Jill's focus is finance and attention to detail, she enjoys being part of an organization that makes a difference in the communities it serves through best practices and ongoing growth. Jill came to Kelson Group after a five-year stint in public practice with a desire for further opportunities to delve deep into a specific sector of business. As a member of the Senior Leadership team, she supports the annual budgeting and reporting functions and provides guidance and information to support investment opportunities. Jill is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of BC, has completed the Sandler Customer Service Training Program, and holds an Economics Degree from the University of Victoria. When she is not working, Jill participates in corporate charitable events through the company, and enjoys reading, walking, and camping.

Kelly's experience in structural engineering, coupled with his understanding of building technologies, make him an effective leader of Kelson Group's Construction and Maintenance Division. After attaining a CAD designation, his interest in civil and structural engineering led him to achieve his engineering degree and work with a firm in the Lower Mainland. In 2008, Kelly relocated to his hometown of Kamloops to move into the role of Vice President. The most gratifying aspects of his job are to help building and maintenance teams innovatively solve challenges, to find ways to effectively troubleshoot maintenance issues, and to ensure all buildings are clean and safe so residents live better. Kelly is a member of LandlordBC, the Alberta Residential Landlord Association, the Canadian Home Builders Association, and is focused on learning about new building technologies to stay current with trends and emerging efficiencies. He is an active member of Rotary, the Kamloops Rent Bank of the Elizabeth Fry Society, and helps organize the annual Kelson Group Staff & Resident Food Drive in multiple cities. When he is not working, he loves to ski, travel, and spend time with his wife and two teenage kids.

Originally from Northern BC, Lindsay joined Kelson Group in 2019 as a Building Manager in Kamloops, managing two buildings. Her successful management skills and exceptional attention to customer service granted her the opportunity to expand her portfolio to four buildings. In early 2022, she was promoted to Property Manager and is responsible for the company's Prince George and Fraser Valley portfolios. With a passion for community engagement and operations, Lindsay amplifies the positive impact of Kelson Group in the community and for residents. She looks at property management as an opportunity to support residents to live better, helping them find their homes with Kelson Group. Her natural ability to interact with community members has helped her become an active advocate for vulnerable youth in the community. In the last couple of years, Lindsay has collaborated with A Way Home Kamloops, a local non-profit that provides affordable housing to youth at risk of homelessness. When she is not working or volunteering, Lindsay enjoys spending time with family at campsites and travelling to remote places in B.C.

As Marketing Director, Mandy is responsible for the strategy development and implementation of all marketing and communications to amplify Kelson Group's awareness and brand reputation throughout Western Canada. She divides her time between marketing the company's new developments as well as the more established apartment buildings to potential residents, sharing across all communication platforms how the company helps residents live better. Joining the company over 13 years ago, Mandy is a keen learner attending industry workshops, sales training seminars, and is taking post-secondary courses in communications to bolster her skills. She understands the value of giving back to community and actively participates in Kelson Group's initiatives which raise money and awareness for a variety of causes in B.C. and Alberta. When not working, Mandy is a Board Member of BC Artistic Swimming and the President of the Kamloops Sunrays Synchronized Swim Club, a club her husband and daughter are deeply involved in.

's Executive Director and Founder Ron has a long and impressive business history in the city of Kamloops where he began Kelson Group more than 40 years ago. Ron got his start in rental property management in the early 1960s when he purchased a rental investment suite, followed 13 years later by the acquisition of the first full apartment building in South Kamloops. Those investments spurred his interest and paved the way for growing the successful property management company which is now over 80-employees strong and reaches into ten cities in B.C. and Alberta. Ron finds great satisfaction in providing safe, clean, and attractive buildings for residents and creating employment opportunities and a workplace culture that is cohesive and encouraging. When he is not working, Ron enjoys spending time with his family, ranching, travelling, and supporting his community through contributions to local arts and culture, animal welfare, and other impactful community initiatives.
