From 1994 - 2002 Mr. Kane held the post of Group Chief Executive Officer at Eircom, Plc; and during that period led the transformation and subsequent public listing of the company. Previously he served as Executive Chairman at Cablelink, Eircell Mobile and Eircom International; Director of Operations, Worldwide Networks Division at British Telecom; and as the Chief Executive Officer at British Telecom, Northern Ireland.
Mr. Kane is currently on the boards of: Vodafone Ireland; GIIC; and various technology companies. He is President of Glencree Peace and Reconciliation Centre in Ireland and a past President of both Dublin and Manchester Chambers of Commerce.

Andy Roe has enjoyed an exemplary career in the major brands sector across retail BPO and financial markets in the UK and Europe. Andy has held a number of Managing Director and COO posts in major groups including Littlewoods, Next Group PLC, and Freemans Grattan Holdings, (OTTO Group -the 2 nd largest on line retailer in Europe). Andy has extensive experience of operating at Executive Board levels, both in the UK and Internationally. He has been involved in a number of successful turnaround situations:
Andy joined the PEGG Group from January 1 st 2010, and holds a number of non executive and executive directorships in group companies and group investee companies, leading commercialization strategies.

Craig, (based in PEGG's Melbourne Australia Office) has primary responsibility for PEGG Trade & Resources and also oversees group interests and relationships in Australasia. He has been involved in international trade, finance, manufacturing and marketing for the past 20 years. During his career Craig has gained a breadth of experience ranging from exporting and importing mined resources, primary produce and semi-processed manufactured goods to high-tech telecommunications infrastructure equipment. His international trade experience encompasses regions including The America's, Middle East, North Africa, Asia and the Indian Rim.

Before joining PEGG as General Counsel, Gerry had over 20 years experience as both "counsel" and partner with leading international and mid-market UK law firms. He has written articles and spoken at conferences on a number of issues especially issues relating to corporate governance and was a contributor to a major study of corporate governance in the European Union.

In 2001, Michael co-founded Gramercy Venture Advisors, a boutique merchant bank focusing on the technology industry, digital media and sustainability. As CEO of Gramercy Venture Advisors, he has established the company as a leading merchant bank building business models, value chains and cross-industry partnerships on a global scale.
Prior to the founding of Gramercy, Michael spent the previous eight years as CEO of Double Impact, a leading San Francisco based venture catalyst. Michael has helped in the development, funding, growth and exit of over 100 early stage technology companies from around the world. He has extensive international experience in building, funding and managing start-up companies.
Prior to Double Impact, Michael was Managing Director of Macromedia's Asian operation during the three years leading to its very successful NASDAQ listing in December 1993.

Rob brings seventeen years of progressive international banking, consulting and technology management experience including appointments by Logica, Gemini Consulting and HSBC. During the course of his career he has been based in London, Hong Kong and Bermuda, and managed business operations, consulting assignments and technology projects in over thirty countries across Europe, North America, Asia Pacific, the Caribbean and the Middle East. He has led the post-merger integration of businesses within three major blue-chip public companies and has also led the business infrastructure build-out of a start-up financial institution. Rob holds a masters degree in engineering from the University of Oxford, an MBA from Henley Management College, and is a certified member of the Project Management Institute. He is a resident of Bermuda.

Simon has over 20 years' experience in the telecoms and IT industry, living and working in most regions of the world across a truly international career. Following 5 years at GEC Plessey as International Commercial Manager and then Country General Manager, Simon joined The Quante Group as UK Managing Director. In 1995, he joined Quante's main board as International CEO, with operations in over 50 countries worldwide, and he led the sale of the company to 3M in 2000. Simon was appointed a Member of The Order of The British Empire in 1997 for services to industry. Simon is also non-executive Chairman Fujitsu Telecommunications Europe
