The Head Officials will note the quarter and time, the down and distance and the spot of the ball. This will be noted on the back of the card. The game will be suspended for 30 minutes, and the 30 minute wait will restart after each lightening strike is witnessed...
If the game cannot be resumed. The Head Official will call the game and note the information in assignr and the information will be passed onto the HTFA Executive, who will make a decision on how to proceed.
