Latvian Biochemical society (LaBS) joins biochemistry-related researchers from all Latvia. LaBS was established on 1958. It joined the FEBS on 1991 and IUBMB on 2018. Currently LaBS is located in Latvian Biomedical Research and Study Center, the leading scientific institution in biochemistry and molecular biology related fields in Latvia.
