AVIAL BIKES

The Avial Bikes development team consists of enthusiasts, who have been engaged in developing the prototypes since 2018. These prototypes are based on the frame of our own design manufactured without welding with the use of Hybrid glue-rivet technology. We test our innovations by ourselves and at the same time are trying to be aware of the modern technologies and innovations in the sphere of electric drives, batteries and other components of electric bicycles. Hybrid glue-rivet technology used by us gives the possibility to realize the modular design of our patent-pending frame and join the parts of classic aluminum alloy 6061 and much more strong aviation alloy 7075. This lets strengthen the key parts without weight gain of the frame, which becomes stronger and provides comfort ride with elastic properties similar to the steel frame.
