Asher joined The Plymouth Group in 2009 after receiving an MBA from Washington University in Saint Louis and has since developed broad expertise across the real estate industry. Having successfully completed developments in 6 states, Asher brings a Texan's common sense approach to solving problems - often through simple solutions that others have missed - and is consistently able to find creative solutions for both stable assets and new development projects. Over the last five years, Asher has also spent considerable time (together with various development partners) getting to know and understand complex historic redevelopment across the hospitality industry; ranging from small inn repositioning in Vermont to ground up development of new hotels. Together with Greenwich Hospitality and the RMS Companies, Asher restored and reopened a historic hotel in Downtown Hartford, the Goodwin Hotel. With 124 rooms, charm and a unique style, the Goodwin was one of the primary catalysts for a revitalized Hartford. The hospitality, adaptive re-use and mixed-use development classes each leverage Asher's unique natural talents as they sit at the crossroads of his warm personality and real estate background. In 2017 Asher led a particularly fun micro-project whereby Plymouth's principals purchased, immediately re-sold, and then re-rented "THE" Donald's Childhood Home in Jamaica Estates NY, before providing it for short term rentals on national home-sharing platform. Putting it mildly, it was an out of the box entrepreneurial experience, which generated unprecedented economics (and press interest) for a single-family house in Queens. Asher has developed a reputation as a professional who can solve long term building issues; stemming from mismanagement, deferred maintenance, tenant issues or other unforeseen problems. His hands-on approach typically delivers solutions that work, weighing all the variables to save money and time. He relishes problem solving in troubled assets, returning them to profitability and developing solutions that leave both tenants and owners satisfied and happy. Additionally, his entrepreneurial spirit and marketing skills give him the benefit of seeing opportunities that others often fail to identify. Joshua began his career at the Inland Real Estate Corporation, a Real Estate Investment Trust ("REIT") based in Oak Brook, Illinois which owns and manages neighborhood and community retail centers located primarily in the Midwest. Inland currently owns interests in and manages 144 properties in fourteen states, with approximately 14.5 million square feet of real estate totaling $1.8 billion in asset acquisition value. At Inland, Joshua worked principally in the area of deal syndication through REITS and partnerships. Joshua was responsible for acquisition analysis, investor communications, and strategic exits, and worked on transactions ranging from "plain vanilla" triple-net retail (NNN) to tenant-in-common ("TIC") 1031 tax deferred structuring. After Inland, Joshua spent several years in corporate finance at Kraft Foods where he gained broader operations and corporate strategy expertise. Returning to the irresistible draw of his passion for real estate, he joined the Plymouth Group with an eye on expanding its operational capabilities, and continually widens the reach of the firm's vision. Over the past decade, Joshua has become an expert in New York City Zoning Regulation, identifying target acquisitions that represent an unnoticed or misunderstood opportunities. He has used his unique expertise and knowledge to drive value for multiple projects throughout the Five Boroughs of New York City and select markets nationally.

Michael Davis is the founding partner of The Plymouth Group, a New York City based Real Estate and Alternative Investment company established in 2003 with direct principal investments in real-property, venture capital, logistics, aggregate materials, industrial automation, energy, media/advertising, biotech, and professional sports properties in New York City, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Northern California, Jerusalem Israel, and other selected markets. He is a passionate advocate for freedom, American security, free-speech, and free-markets Over the past 20 years, Mr. Davis has served on the boards of and in an executive capacity at numerous start-up and portfolio companies in multiple industries; and he is active in many religious, trade, and charitable organizations including Stand Together, Council for a Secure America, and Met Council on Jewish Poverty. Mr. Davis graduated magna Cum Laude from Yeshiva University with a BS in Finance and resides in New York with his wife and their 4 young Children.
