Biography
Clever, caring, and fully committed to her clients and her team, Daniela is a next-generation family law attorney.
She graduated with a degree in biology from Louisiana's Centenary College where she was active in philanthropic projects and student government. She received her law degree from the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law. Daniela is a member of the International Legal Honor Society, Phi Delta Phi, and a CALI Award Winner.
"I was a member of the varsity swim team in college. A very competitive member, I should add. I liked winning then, and I still do. I'm laser-focused on helping my clients get what they need from their divorce, and I do everything I can to ensure that divorce is the beginning of a new and better life for each person I serve," says Daniela. "I was attracted to Armstrong Law because of the firm's winning reputation. Individually, every attorney here is exceptional; as a team, we're unbeatable. Everyone supports everyone else. A client engages one of us, but they benefit from the knowledge, experience and insights of us all."
Biography
We first met Elizabeth in 2020 when she applied for a summer internship here at Armstrong Law. It was clear from the start that she was one-of-a-kind. Wise beyond her years, perceptive, compassionate, and not afraid of hard work, she quickly proved herself to be an indispensable member of our team. She still is. After completing her law degree and passing the bar exam, Elizabeth is now the brilliant family law attorney we always knew she would be.
"For as long as I can remember, I knew I wanted to be a lawyer," Elizabeth says.
"In law school, I was immediately attracted to family law because it involves just about every aspect of the law - and I like a challenge. Tax, real estate, wealth-management, adoption, child custody, alimony, child support, divorce… family law attorneys really have to know their stuff. It's not easy, but it is rewarding: The work we do makes such a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we serve. It is a privilege to be able to help people by doing the work I love."
Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctor at Baylor University School of Law. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Georgia. In addition to her work at Armstrong Law, she has served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Lindsey Wynne, 468 th District Court in McKinney, Texas. She was also a Student Attorney at the Baylor University School of Law Estate Planning Clinic. Elizabeth is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Collin County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas.

Biography
Gwendolyn joined us as an intern in early 2023 and quickly made herself indispensable. Her scholastic record and work history will tell you she's brilliant, but it's her tenacity, compassion, and empathy that make her such a gifted family law attorney.
"I really can't think of a more meaningful area of the law than divorce and family law," Gwendolyn says. "Every client, every story, every challenge is different, but my goal is always the same: help each person I serve build a new and better life. That's what drew me to Armstrong Divorce and Family Law. We really do things differently here. Our clients' well-being is always our first priority. I was originally attracted to criminal law - I really feel at home in a courtroom and was on my way to becoming a prosecutor - but there's nothing more rewarding than family law, and no better place to practice it than Armstrong Law."
Gwendolyn earned her Juris Doctor at the Southern Methodist University School of Law. She has a Bachelor of Arts in History with a Minor in Communications from Texas A&M University - where she graduated magna cum laude. She served as Criminal Clinic Chief at the SMU Dedman School of Law Criminal Clinic and has interned at both the Dallas City Attorney's Office and the Collin County District Attorney's Office. Gwendolyn is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the Annette Stewart American Inn of Court, and is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas.

Brilliance, boundless energy, and laser focus - these are good traits to have in any profession - but add compassion and an innate desire to help people, and you'll be describing the best kind of family law attorney; you'll be describing Jennifer Uribe.
"As an intern, extern, law clerk, volunteer, public servant, and in countless other ways, I've worked hard to do as much good as I could on my way to practicing family law," says Jennifer. "My studies taught me how the law works, but my experiences have taught me how families work - and what can happen when they don't. It's hard to think of any other aspect of the law that can make such a difference in people's lives. I know that every day and every client is a unique opportunity to help someone build a better future. I'm proud to say that's what we do at Armstrong Law - and it's why I'm here."
Jennifer has a bachelor's degree (magna cum laude) in psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law where she graduated in the top of her class.
A proven attorney with experience in trials, litigation, mediations, appeals, and parent-child/child custody actions and suits, Jennifer has worked on family law matters with the Dallas ISD, the W.W. Caruth Child Advocacy Center, and the Rockwall County District Attorney's Office. Before joining Armstrong Law, she was an associate attorney at a respected Dallas trial and appellate law firm.

Jessica began her law career as a paralegal, and it shows: Paralegals get things done.
She's smart, too. Jessica graduated magna cum laude from Texas Woman's University, and later, while earning her law degree at the Texas A&M University School of Law, she served as Vice President of the Family Law Student Association and represented clients in the school's Family Law Legal Clinic.
"I knew from the start that I wanted to be a family law attorney," says Jessica. "My parents - a counselor and an engineer - gave me the perfect foundation for family law: A rare combination of compassion and logic, along with a steady hand and a big heart. These traits have helped me guide my clients through the many challenges that are unique to family law."
Before joining Armstrong Law, Jessica gained valuable experience as an attorney at two Dallas-area family law firms - one small and one large. "For many people, a divorce is their first encounter with litigation, and it's a priority for me to be sure my clients understand every step of the process," Jessica says. "My goal is always to help the people I serve build better lives for themselves. That's what brought me to Armstrong Law. That's our brand. Everyone here is focused on helping our clients turn difficult situations into brighter futures."

Reagan doesn't miss a thing. She's sharp, detail-oriented, and formidable. Having grown up in more than a dozen cities across the United States, she has an almost uncanny ability to connect with people and find her footing in new situations-excellent skills for a family law attorney to have.
"Because I've lived in so many different communities, I understand and appreciate different perspectives," says Reagan. "Being able to see all sides of any matter allows me to do a better job of helping my clients turn bad situations into better futures. You have to be more than a good attorney to do that. You have to be compassionate, able to communicate, and be a steadying influence during what can be a complicated and stressful process. In other words, you have to care about people. And I do."
Reagan's resume will tell you that she's an experienced attorney with impressive credentials. Her clients will tell you that she's a fiercely loyal advocate who will do anything within her power to achieve the best possible outcomes for the people she serves.
Reagan received her Juris Doctorate from Baylor University's School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida. A proven attorney with an enviable track record, Reagan is admitted to practice in all Texas state courts. She is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Reagan is Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Rebecca is a fighter. She fights for her clients, her clients' children, her clients' financial well-being, and her clients' futures. And she fights to win. Her prowess in the courtroom is well known throughout the legal community. She's prepared, astute, quick-witted, and good on her feet. Even attorneys on the other side of the table appreciate working with her; yes, she's an ardent advocate for the people she represents, but she's also fair, good-natured, and knows the law. And, in cases where a trial isn't the best way forward, her skill at negotiating favorable terms for her clients is equally acclaimed and respected.
"I approach every divorce with an eye on what each step in the process means to my client's future life," she says. "My job is to see around the corners and avoid the pitfalls that may lie ahead. I know that a divorce can be a client's first step toward creating a better future for themselves and their loved ones. And I do everything I can to help make that better future a reality. Through her support of the City House Homeless Children's Shelter in Collin County, along with other charitable, civic, and industry organizations, Rebecca is also committed to helping improve the lives of people throughout North Texas.

Biography
Taylor cares about people: She's an auxiliary board member at The Family Place - a vital area resource for victims of domestic abuse. She's been active in fundraising efforts for the Genesis Women's Shelter. She served as a valued member of the Texas Young Lawyers Association board of directors. (The TYLA helps advance the legal profession's role in serving the public.) But first and foremost, Taylor cares about her clients.
"Divorce is not just an ending; done right, a divorce can also be the start of new life," says Taylor. "Many family law firms are so focused on the mechanics of divorce, they often lose sight of the opportunities a ‘good' divorce can offer their clients. That's what attracted me to Armstrong Law. That's who we are; that's what we do. We use our skills, training, and experience to help put each of the people we serve on a path to a better, brighter future."
And Taylor's skills are impressive. She earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence, cum laude, from the Texas Tech University School of Law, and has a BA in English, with a minor in Communication Studies, from the University of Alabama. (Any attorney will tell you that communication is the heart of family law.) After graduation from law school, Taylor joined an area family law firm where she quickly became a rising star. We're so glad her own path led her here to Armstrong Law.
Biography
Valencia is a born leader. Don't just take our word for it, the State Bar of Texas has selected her for its 2021-2022 LeadershipSBOT Program. Essentially a bootcamp for rising stars, this program helps its members develop ways to better serve their profession and their communities.
"I've always been driven to help people, and I've got a degree in social work to prove it," says Valencia. "Once I began studying the law, it became clear to me that family law and I were made for each other. The people we serve are often at a very fraught period in their lives. It's so rewarding to use my skills, my experience, my training, and the law itself to help clients turn bad times into a better life and a brighter future."
Valencia graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Social Work degree. A regular on the school's dean's list, she was also a member of the Phi Kappa Phi, Alpha Lambda Delta, and Phi Eta Sigma Honor Societies.
She earned her Juris Doctor at Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law. While there, she worked as a legal intern at Lennox International where she learned to navigate the intricacies of labor and employment contracts and litigation.
