Tyler Rush is the owner and CEO of Red Creek Solutions. RCS is an 8(a), and Native American woman-owned firm specializing in management consulting services to federal, state and tribal clientele. Ms. Rush thrives from her passion for building stronger Native communities. She has more than 20 years of managerial consulting experience working hands-on in Native communities and beyond. Her grass roots approach to consulting stems from her background in education. She has mastered the ability to identify the need, and target the solution. Tyler has traveled nationally and worked within tribal communities teaching and implementing solutions to an array of managerial needs ranging from administrative services to facilitating Native based educational programs to meet the unique needs of Native students. Tyler most notably organized and facilitated events between U.S. Senate leadership and tribal leadership to move the bar forward in addressing the needs of Native healthcare and education on healthcare. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Florida International University and a Master of Science degree in Montessori Education from Barry University. After years in the classroom, Ms. Rush's entrepreneurial spirit led her to the development of Red Creek Solutions. RCS is distinctly positioned to understand the needs of federal, state and tribal government agencies. Tyler is a proud enrolled member of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation of Oklahoma. She serves as a Board of Trustee for UNITY (United National Indian Tribal Youth). UNITY is a non-profit that is the largest Native youth organization in the country that focuses on fostering and developing education, leadership, cultural preservation. Tyler herself is an alumni of UNITY and is honored to give back in this capacity.
