As Chicago Office Movers' Senior Project Manager, Jeff brings 27 years of industry experience. Jeff's credentials include several Project Management Certifications: Department of Transportation (DOT) drug and alcohol certified; a Motor Carriers Brokers license; and a producer's license for life, casualty, health, and fire in the State of Illinois. Jeff specializes in supporting clients in the government and educational industry clients. In his spare time, he pursues courses and certification programs.

At Chicago Office Movers, Karen is our Business Development Manager and resident celebrity. A Radio Personality and Morning Show Co-Host for almost 35 years, Karen built up her network while working at 9FM (99.9) in Chicago, 95.9 The River in Naperville/Aurora, and 105 The Crossroads in Woodstock/Crystal Lake. Today she "opens the door to opportunity" for Chicago Office Movers. Outside of work, Karen volunteers at numerous charities in the community and at one time served as a mentor to a local teen. In her free time, Karen likes to watch movies with her Mom who, at 94, never stops learning & growing…something that Karen tries to emulate.

At Chicago Office Movers, Kari-Ann is our Director of Marketing & Development. As the master of visibility, she is responsible for all things Branding and Marketing related. Kari-Ann comes to us with experiences in Marketing for a multi-brand and multi-location company, the service industry, non profit marketing event planning and fundraising, and retail management. She is the Chair of the Board for the Schaumburg Business Association 2021 & 2022, a member of the Elk Grove Village Chamber Board of Directors, and past chair and top fundraiser for the Northwest Suburban Walk To End Alzheimer's.
Kari-Ann received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Western Michigan University. She is Master Certified in Constant Contact Email Marketing and has held numerous social media training classes.

Ken Stone has a proven sales and project management background in relocation, logistics, and commercial moving. He is skilled and experienced in space planning and installation, with local, national and global experience. With over 21 years' experience in the industry, Ken has established loyal account relationships and pays close attention to detail and on-time performance, resulting in increased business and referrals based on trust, superior service and follow through.
Kevin is our Senior Executive overseeing the day to day Operational, HR and Technology functions of our business. He maintains and supports all hardware and software technology needs for the company and staff both internally and externally. Kevin manages multiple internal workflows that govern the day to day business and feed all processes and departments. He supports all department managers in evaluating processes, workflows and campaigns running through the company. Kevin has been with Chicago Office Movers since it's inception. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University of Central Florida and is a Boston Terrier rescue dad and enthusiast of the breed.

Luis Toledo brings over forty years of management and industry specific experience to the Chicago Office Movers' team. Early in his career, Luis the Mover was a sought-after employee and was requested by name. He saved up to purchase his first moving truck and start Mid-West Moving & Storage. Today, Luis has grown both Mid-West Moving & Storage. and Chicago Office Movers into organizations that collectively have performed over 150,000 successful moves in 37 years. Always striving to improve, Luis added to his long-time career by completing an Executive Program from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
Luis is a member of the Board of Advisors of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago. He actively gives back to the community through volunteering his time and also donating to Move for Hunger which partners with local moving companies to stock local foodbanks. He also has a passion for reducing his company's carbon footprint by recycling unwanted items left after a move and donating used furniture to help improve lives in Nicaragua and Guatemala. In his free time, Luis enjoys skiing, sailing and spending time with his family.
Marc Mendoza has been in the relocation business for over 30 years. Starting in the industry as a mover/driver, then moving through all possible positions into managing others efficiently as our Operations Manager. Marc has been with Chicago Office Movers since its inception and currently manages all union moving crews getting in and out of jobs, equipment, vehicles, scheduling, and more. He is an integral part of the team helping our clients have a smooth transition.
Michael has been with us since 2019 and comes with over 20 years of experience in the moving industry. He manages the inside sales team and keeps both his residential and commercial clients happy with his calming way of handing his clients. He is a Chicago native and is married with 2 children.
