CARBON LIVE FIRE MEXICAN GRILL

Since 2007, Carbon Live Fire Mexican Grill has served flavorful and healthy Mexican food to patrons in the Greater Chicago area. All dishes feature fresh ingredients, including tender steak and brown rice. Whole wheat tortillas are available on request, and all tortilla cooking takes place in olive oil alone. Vegetables are not only fresh, but also roasted immediately before food preparation, just as beans never come from a can... Carbon combines these fine ingredients into a diverse menu of tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and other Mexican classics. Side dishes as well as beverage stand desserts enhance its menu, as do freshly prepared soups.
