Dr. Craig Burkhart

Craig Burkhart is a native Toledoan having attended DeVilbiss and Ottawa Hills High Schools. He was the lead in DeViltries, was Tony in West Side Story, business editor of the school newspaper, and won the Ohio State Tennis Championship in 1969. His undergraduate studies were completed at the University of Pennsylvania where he played intercollegiate tennis and squash as well as having a part-time job in the library. He attended medical school at the University of Toledo College of Medicine, followed by four years of residency at the University of Michigan Hospitals. He also has obtained a Masters in Public Health from the University of Toledo.
