BURNSIDE BUSINESS ANALYSIS

I'm a freelance Business Analyst and Project Delivery Manager with nearly 20 years experience working with blue-chip brands in fast-paced, high pressure change environments. I was employed by the BGL Group (who own comparethemarket.com) for over 10 years before setting up my own freelance company in 2015 to broaden my experience. My early career includes a number of roles in high street insurance broking and as a uniformed Police Officer. Until recently, I was also a committed soldier with the Army Reserves for over 8 years including a six month tour in Afghanistan... I've worked on numerous types of change projects across several different industries including digital/eCommerce, process improvements, black box development, call centre solutions, documentation design, pricing and product changes, application development, regulatory and compliance, vendor selection and system implementation.
