Wahroonga Long Day Care Centre began as a small Family Day Care Centre in 1991 run by Alka Dave (current Owner/Director), following her maternity leave! In 1992 it expanded to a small, 9 place Centre, known as Wahroonga Long Day Care Centre - established by Manoj Chandra Handa (High School Teacher) and Alka Dave. In 1993, after several council meetings and petitions from the local community, we expanded further to a 27 place Centre!... At Wahroonga Long Day Care Centre our aim is to create an environment where each child feels safe, secure and supported.
