Seth is no stranger to the business of design. With a B.A. in Design from Seattle Pacific University with a minor in Business Administration and a Construction Management certificate from the University of Washington, Seth manages all projects with efficiency and effectiveness in mind. Like Tristan, Seth too is dedicated to service. He is an active volunteer for Puget Sound Leadership Council of Medical Teams International (MTI) and a member of the King County Board of Youth for Christ. He is a Board Member for Dippin Dots of Southern California. Seth was also the President of The Belden Club, a premier real estate professional industry association, for four years. Seth's experience spans luxury hospitality, commercial, industrial, multi-family and single-family residential. His design and development experience began with The Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as he helped renovate five of their world-class resorts over the course of nine years. Following hospitality, Seth oversaw the development and tenant improvements of commercial and industrial properties and tenant improvements within a privately held $250 million real estate portfolio. Most recently, Seth oversaw the restoration and preservation of The Homes at Fort Lawton in Discovery Park.
