He attended undergrad at University of Notre Dame, where he majored in business and got his CPA license soon after. After starting his career with Ernst & Young, he began his own accounting practice, which he ran while attending Western State University to get his JD. As a CPA, Denis has been involved in tax preparation, planning, and compliance. He has handled several IRS and FTB audits, appeals, and litigation. As an attorney, Denis had done Estate Planning and administration, Probate, Entity formation and planning, and business acquisitions and mergers. Denis is also a qualified expert witness for Business Valuations and Family Law cases. He has testified numerous times in court and works closely with the client and their attorney. Denis is currently a member of AICPA and a member of the AICPA's Forensic Valuation Services section and a member of the National Association of Certfified Valuators and Analysts.
