RGH Artists' Oil Paints, Inc. was founded in 1989, with a commitment to offering artists a line of professional grade oil paints and dry pigments that were both high quality and affordable. As an artist for over 40 years, Rolf Haerem, works on large abstract oil paintings. When searching for large quantities of high quality and affordable oil paints 27 years ago, he realized that this was simply something that was not available. Living in New York City at the time, Rolf explored the process of making his own paints. It was at this time that he purchased a small three-roll mill and began making paint for his own needs, as well as for the needs of his fellow artists... RGH has grown and flourished from its humble beginnings.
