Christine is originally from the State of Oregon and attended the University of Oregon for her undergraduate and juris doctorate degrees. While in law school, she met her husband, Kurt, a native Wisconsinite, and they moved to Wisconsin where she began practicing law in the Fox Cities in 2001. Christine joined Remley Law, S.C. in 2008 and represented the firm's clients in a variety of matters, including business, construction and employment law litigation. Christine later stepped away from the practice of law for a period of time to spend more time with her family.
In 2022, Christine returned to the practice of law and with Remley Law, S.C. She brings her depth of experience and background to her current practice areas of estate planning, probate, guardianship and real estate transactions. She has a particular interest in assisting those who have a loved one with a disability.

Attorney Jolene Schneider practices divorce, child custody, adoption, child guardianship and related family law matters, working with clients through the Fox Valley, Wisconsin area and beyond. Her courtroom experience and dispute resolution skills as a trained Mediator and Arbitrator maximizes the tools she uses to achieve optimal results for clients. For 25 years, her focus, skills and tenacity enabled her to assist families in creating positive solutions to legal problems ranging from the straightforward to highly complex.
Attorney Schneider is named in Super Lawyers and the Best Lawyers in America. She is an active member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, on the Board of Directors for the Family Law Section, serves as an Editor of the Wisconsin Journal of Family Law and is serving a third term as a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin Fee Arbitration Panel. Mark is a native of Appleton, Wisconsin. He graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors from University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Shortly after law school he joined Bachman, Cummings McKenzie, and Wilson, S.C. law firm in Appleton. He then joined Remley & Sensenbrenner, S.C. in 1997 and became a partner in 1999.
